Default "Professional circuit"

Hi! I am translating the user manual of a solar charger. I've come up with the following sentence:

"Professional circuit to protect the product from over-charging, over-current and high temperature when charging the built-in battery by DC or sunlight".

And I don't know what "professional" refers to in this particular context. Is it a technical term? Or rather a marketing praise?

Thanks!

Dear Caféolé, first your nickname look like a french nickname isn't it ?

And second, for me, the Professional in your instruction text, refers a marketing praise, like this circuit of protection is a professional one..

Are you sure it reads "profesional circuit" or "protection circuit?, protection makes more sense to me.
