    Hola

Infusion is the act of introducing a substance into a vein or tissues (fluid, medicine or electrolytes)
Perfusion can also mean to pump liquid into a vein. Although in terms of physiology perfusion means nutritive delivery of arterial blood to the capiliaries.

We would say "the patient is being infused", and that post infusion that the patient is "well perfused".

    Hope this helps.
