Hello Diego,
The post in question was already deleted by the moderator. It was made by a spambot. I think the moderator should delete ours as well in order to avoid this kind of misunderstandings IMHO.

La palabra Dismemberment significa desmembramiento. Hay una ley nacional "Accidental Death & Dismemberment"

If the word is dismemberment, you can translate it as "amputación traumática" with amputation being used as a surgical procedure
