fecha estimada de parto (if you are talking about pregnancy, of course)
If you are talking about something else, then it's fecha estimada de entrega.

I'm from Latin America too, and I woulnd't use "salida de cuentas" either. It's probably a term "too much" from Spain, I'd go with "fecha de parto".
