Creo que twitch equivale a tic. Si quieres ser más explícito, puedes poner tic nervioso. |

Con relación a músculos la mejor opción me parece :
contracción (muscular) También espasmos (musculares)

I apologize for not giving you more context. It refers to the contraction of bundles of muscle fibers with no coordination and within the same muscle, sometimes so shallow that they can be seen right below the skin. I think I like the term "fasciculaciones" within this context. Thank you for your contribution (I will surely keep "tic" in mind for a different context)!
