Please help me translate these words:

raquimedular: estenosis del canal "raquimedular"

osteofiticos: crecimientos "osteofiticos"

interfacetarias: articulaciones "interfacetarias"

metastasicas y cueropos y elementos: lesiones metastasicas en los cuerpos y elementos posteriores

Is this from a veterinary field? It looks like it should be "metastatic lesions...and hind legs". I dare say it looks like a back-translation

Default Vertebral maybe?

I'm guessing we are talking about vertebral parts...in that case it could be "distal parts". By the way, it is "osteophytic" with a "y". Good luck!
