I need help in translating medical teaching material from English to Spanish.

Hi bt3281!
We'll need more context for some of the terms. Do you have any translation that you might have attemted to do?

sensing = sensar
capture = captura
atrial output = salida auricular
ventricular output = salida ventricular
ground wire = cable a tierra? descarga a tierra?
dual chamber = cámara dual? doble?

right bundle branch block:Bloqueo rama derecha
left bundle branch block : Bloqueo rama izquierda

Pacing:Estimulando
Sensing: Sensando
Capture:Captura
Pacing Spike: Espiga de estimulo
Atrial output:Energia de salida atrial
Ventricular output: Energia de salida ventricular

Oversensing:Sobre sensado
Undersensing: Bajo sensado
Tracking: Buscando

Ground wire:Cable polo tierra
Chamber paced: Camara estimulada
Chamber sensed: Camara sensada

Pacer's response to sensing:Respuesta del marcapaso al sensado
Dual Chamber: Doble camara
Atrioventricular triggered or inhibited: Inhibicion o estimulacion Atrioventricular{DDD}

Mottled: Piel Moteada

Prolonged capillary refill: Pobre / prolongado llenado capilar

Que opinan, creo que es lo que buscaba.

"Atrial" & "ventricular output" se refiere a los volúmenes de sangre que salen de dichos compartimientos durante la sístole. La traducción que yo recuerdo es "descarga ventricular" o "descarga atrial/auricular". Suerte!

Perdón...otro término comunmente usado es "gasto ventricular" o "gasto auricular/atrial".

si se trata de marcapasos: la traduccion tecnica de Dual chamber es Marcapasos "bicameral"

atrial output: eyeccion auricular

ventricular output: eyeccion ventricular, en ambos casos se refiere a Volumen de sangre eyectado por esas cavidades cardiacas, no a energia...

Como bien lo expresa el amigo Gentle:
el termino mas apropiado para un cardiologo seria:

atrial output: GASTO AURICULAR

ventricular output: GASTO VENTRICULAR. Ambos se refieren a volumen de sangre eyectada

suerte.

Para completar, y siguiendo al amigo Leonardo, cuando lo encuentres referido al corazón en general, no dudes que el término es "gasto cardíaco". Nos vemos!
