Default uneventful

I'd like to know how I can translate the term "uneventful" in this sentence.

ü In interpandemic influenza epidemics, recovery from interpandemic influenza is usually uneventful.

Hi Mariela, in this context the word "uneventful" could be translated as "significativa" or "notoria" when referred to "recovery "recuperación"

Hope it helps

Pease accept my apologies Mariela. I gave you the antonymous of the word. In this case you would be talking about "Recuperación poco significativa"

Regards

I have to say this sentence sounds quite awful to me in English already.

I undertsand that the recovery happens without major problems, in this case I would go with walterzev's translation.

It can also be "sin complicaciones".
