I'd like to know how I can translate the term "uneventful" in this sentence.
ü In interpandemic influenza epidemics, recovery from interpandemic influenza is usually uneventful.  |

Hi Mariela, in this context the word "uneventful" could be translated as "significativa" or "notoria" when referred to "recovery "recuperación"

sin consecuencias, en este caso, es otra opción tal vez más clara.

I have to say this sentence sounds quite awful to me in English already.
I undertsand that the recovery happens without major problems, in this case I would go with walterzev's translation.

En medicina esto significa sin problemas o sin complicaciones en su recuperacion.
Cuidado que poner: "recuperacion poco significativa" puede interpretarse como que el paciente no se recupera bien, es decir todo lo contrario...  leo |
