The reliability of information from clinical studies is limited by the lack of blinding.

"A condition imposed on an individual(or group of individuals)for the purpose of keeping that individual or group of individuals from knowing or learning of some fact or observation, such as treatment assignment." espero que esto y algo mas del contexto te ayuden aunque puedes traducirlo como referencias adicionales o algo asi...

Blinded: In a blinded trial, some or all parties do not know which patients received the experimental treatment. By removing the opportunity for bias, successful blinding gives researchers and the FDA a more objective look at a ****'s efficacy and safety. Trials may be single blind or double blind, but these terms are often general and it is more informative to specify if the researchers, patients, outcome assessors, and/or statisticians are blinded. (Fuente: www.dyax.com/clinical/glossary.html) Supongo que es eso. ¡Gracias por tu sugerencia! Un abrazo. |
