Hello everyone,
I wonder how to translate into Spanish "TUMOR FLARE REACTION" in the
context below:

"The protocol currently states "In the United States and Canada
commercial supply of prednisone and allopurinol will be utilized for
prophylaxis of TUMOR FLARE REACTION and tumor lysis syndrome.

I think "reacci�n de exacerbaci�n tumoral" may be an option.
Any thoughts, please?
If Spanish is not your language, a brief explanation of what this
term means would be very helpful to reassure me that I am on the
right track.

Hi frantasticfx, welcome!
I think your translation is pretty good. I couldn't find any specific term in Spanish byt the symptoms are the same.

Hi Frantasticfx !!! I ran across this definition that I want to share with you in case you find it useful:

"Tumor flare is a syndrome of diffuse musculoskeletal pain and erythema with increased size of tumor lesions that later regress".
