Hi all, i'm translating a video about business management and i'm having trouble with these sentences, especially with what brings --sth- together, if someone know or have a clue, please, tell me, i urgently need it!!

 In 125 years, we have grown as a diversified business company, ok. ..and so, if you are in a diversified bussines company what brings you together ( que es lo te une ella??)... management then becomes a GE, a study of what brings you together ( un estudio de lo que te une??)... what brings a plastics and power system together, what brings medical and financial system together..
