Default 12 phrases that i have no idea how to translate to spanish....help!

All help apprecited in arriving at the right translation for the following phrases in spanish...I am writing a marketing article and am having a hard time coming up with appropriate translations for the following...

help!

1. bricks and mortar
2. the gateway cities
3. call centres
4. brand sceptics
5. marketing gimmicks
6. the frontline
7. matrix reporting structure
8. to rule the roost
9. shifting framework
10. brand-led
11. budget hotels

"Brick and mortar" se refiere a negocios "reales" con 4 paredes, en opocisión a negocios online, que solo tienen una pagina web. Yo creo que habría que traducir como tiendas o locales "de carne y hueso" o "de ladrillo".

Gateway cities no podrían ser ciudades de salida, en vez de entrada?

Los call centers a veces son centros de atención al cliente, no siempre son locutorios, depende del texto.

Y sceptics son "escépticos".

"Matrix reporting structure", even though it might sound odd, I would translate it as "Estructura de matriz de informes (or "de reportes").

"Brand-led" could be "Guiados por las marcas"

"The emergence of brand management as a growing strategic priority is injecting a powerful new dynamic into the traditional operating model". Try this: "El surgimiento de la administración de marcas como una prioridad estratégica está inyectando una dinámica nueva y poderosa al modelo operativo tradicional".
