    Default What is a "super/disclaimer"?

I'm working on the translation into Spanish of a piece of marketing material and I don't know how to translate "super/disclaimer". In fact, I'm confused about the super that precedes the word disclaimer, which I usually translate as "Exención de responsabilidad". Does anybody know what would be the meaning of super preceding disclaimer? This is the title and all the content under it.

    SUPER/DISCLAIMER:
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and **** Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

    Thanks!!

    Cordialmente.

    Amelia
