    Red face Severability

How would you translate severability in contract law? It's a boilerplate.

    Default Severability

Severability: a clause in a contract that allows that any portion of the contract deemed to be unenforceable does not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.

The translation into Spanish would be something like "separabilidad" or "divisibilidad".

    Agree!

(I like more "divisibilidad" for legal translations.)

    Hi Luciano!

I like the best option best: "DIVISIBILIDAD"

    Best regards,
