    Default hold itself out as

In a contract I found the following sentence:

The Representative will execute no agreement on behalf of the Company nor shall it hold itself out as having such authority.

    My attempt is:

    Any other option?

    Thanks!

    Hi Clara:

Perhaps representar en lugar de presentarse?:

Representar (among other meanings) = to appear as

But I think I agree with presentarse which = (among other things) to portray himself/itself as

    Hola:

    Good luck!

    Thank you both.

And yes, Guadalupe. I think it is much more clear if I add: ante terceros.

    Thanks again!
