Hi all,
I need your help, I just can't figure this out!!

In the event the Purchaser terminates the Contract in whole or in part, pursuant to GCC Clause 21.1, the Purchaser may procure, upon such terms and in such manner, as it deems appropriate, Goods or Services similar to those undelivered, and the Supplier shall be liable to the Purchaser for any excess costs for such similar Goods or Services. However, the Supplier shall continue performance of the Contract to the extent not terminated.

This is my try. However I do not understand the last sentence and I translated literally. If anyone can explain the meaning it would be nice.

En el caso de que El Comprador finalizara el Contrato en parte o totalmente, de acuerdo con las CGC Cl�usula 21.1, El Comprador podr� adquirir, en t�rminos y formas que estime apropiados, Productos y Servicios similares a aquellos no entregados y El Vendedor ser� responsable de cualquier costo adicional por Productos y Servicios similares. Sin embargo, el Vendedor continuar� la ejecuci�n del Contrato hasta al punto no terminado.?????

Opci�n 1
Sin embargo, el Proveedor continuar� la ejecuci�n del Contrato hasta su total cumplimiento.

Opci�n 2
Sin embargo, el Proveedor continuar� con el cumplimiento del Contrato hasta tanto �ste quede totalmente ejecutado.

Opci�n 3
Sin embargo, el Proveedor continuar� la ejecuci�n del Contrato hasta el total cumplimiento de la parte faltante.

Me gusta m�s Proveedor que Vendedor.

Gracias Hugo, la verdad es que no lo entend� as�. Estaba bloqueada. Los t�rminos Comprador-Vendedor fueron sugeridos por el propio cliente. A mi tambi�n me gusta m�s Proveedor.
