Hola, Estoy batallando con el siguiente parrafo en un testamento:

Upon the death of my wife (********), or upon my death if she does not survive me, the principal of this trust, as the same shall then consist, or my residuary estate, as the case may be, shall be divided into as many equal shares as there may be children of mine then surviving and children of mine then dead with living issue then surviving, so that there will be one equal share for each child of mine then surviving and one equal share of the then surviving issue collectively of each such child of mine then dead, and each shares shall be held, managed and disposed of as follows:

Esto es lo que tengo de momento

Tras la muerte de mi esposa (********) o tras mi muerte sí ella no me sobrevive, el capital principal de mi fidecomiso, estará compuesto o mi herencia residual, cual fuese la forma que mayor se apliqué, será dividida en partes iguales para todos mis hijos sobrevivientes, y fallecidos con sobrevivientes, de esta forma habrán partes iguales para cada hijo sobreviviente y muertos, y cada parte se administrará y dividirá de la siguiente manera:

El problema es que no me suena bien, a ustedes que les parece? Como lo harían? Agradecería de verdad su opinion y o ayuda.

debera ser dividido en partes iguales para la cantidad que resulte de hijos mios entonces (en ese momento) vivos y la cantidad de hijos mios entonces muertos con descendendientes (que hayan tenido hijos) entonces vivos.
