es una expresión extraña, no estoy seguro, tal vez sea algo así cómo "go ahead", si es legal el contexto, se puede referir a alguna cosa o persona o tu mismo autorizando que ellos sigan adelante.

Dependiendo del contexto, podría ser: "proceda con la enseñanza", "prosiga con la capacitación", "adelante con la enseñanza", etc
