Relief
Hola Gente! quisiera saber si alguien me puede explicar a qué se refiere esta palabra "relief" en este contexto.
The parties are involved in certain litigation now pending in the XXXX Couny, *** Circuit Court entitled XXXXX V. XXXXX, Case No xxxxx (The litigation). The Bankruptcy Court has granted relief from the automatic stay in the Bankruptcy Case, allowing the litigation to proceed. Las partes se encuentran involucradas en un litigio aún en tramitación en el Tribunal de Circuito de *** en el Condado de ***, caratulado XXXXXX vs. XXXXX, Causa No XXXX (“El Litigio”). El Tribunal de Quiebras ha concedido el "relief" de la suspensión automática en la causa de Quiebra, permitiendo de esta manera que el Litigio siga su curso.  Alguien me puede ayudar con esa frase?? Gracias! |
