Legal Translation Question...
Hello all.
I am in the middle of translating a legal document and would like advice on how to translate the following: ....by this indictment, accuse the defendant....... I'm trying to figure out the best way to translate that. So far I have: "...por medio de este proceso, encuentra al acusado ............ sospechoso de...." Please let me know what you think. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thank you. |
