If XX chooses to waive a breach (in this occasion) that the other party has made, it does not mean that XX has to waive any future breaches of such term/provision.

Es decir, si XX decide dispensar una quiebra de los terminos del contrato que la otra parte ha cometido, esto no quiere decir que XX esta obligado a dispensar cualquier quiebra futura de tal termino del contrato.

Esto significa que XX no esta prohibido de exigir el cumplimiento de un termino de este contrato por el Vendedor simplemente por el hecho que XX no exigio el cumplimiento de un termino de otro contrato muy similar a este.
