I need help translating the following from english to spanish

"Each Party agrees to hold each other harmless and indemnify each other from any and all claims, losses and damages arising out of the failure of either Party to keep and perform any of its obligations described herein."

My try:

"Cada una de las partes se comprometen a liberar de responsabilidad e indemnizar el uno al otro por todos y cada uno de los reclamos/demandas, pérdida o daño resultantes del incumplimiento de cualquiera de las Partes para ejecutar/desempeñar cualquiera de las obligaciones descriptas en el presente documento"

"Indemnify" no es "indemnizar", sino "mantener indemne" que son dos cosas diferentes. Indemnizar es posterior y "mantener indemne" es anterior al hecho en sí.
