- Delincuencia de Cuello Blanco or - Delitos cometidos por "cuellos blancos" Hope it helps

Se suele hablar de
delito de guante blanco También he visto: delincuencia levita Hola Hebe, desconozco la expresión con cuello blanco. No sé si en tu tierra... En España no sería correcto. |
