English to Spanish Legal Translation Each Spanish market has its own legal system, and it can be rather complex to understand it. Other colleagues can help you compare source and target terminology and Spanish legal concepts.

Sabes? es extraño porque en unas declaraciones que dio en Madrid Carlos Jiménez Villarejo (Ex-Jefe de la Fiscalía Anticorrupción) se refirío a estos delitos como Delitos de Cuello Blanco. De todas formas, si tú dices que en España no es un término aceptado.. I take your word for it.

Saludos

Es cierto, he comprobado el artículo. Supongo que si el jefe de las fiscalía de la corrupción usa la expresión, no se debe considerar incorrecta.

También señalar, por ejemplo, este artículo, en el que solo se usa "guante blanco".

Personalmente, me sigue pareciendo una traducción literal del inglés . Pero me debo ajustar a las evidencias.

"Delito de cuello blanco" or "Delito de guante blanco", both translate the meaning of the phrase White collar crime.

De guante blanco es correcta en Argentina.
Admito que nunca me he cruzado con "de cuello blanco", también creo que es una traducción muy literal, aunque quizas si se usa en ciertos paises. Por lo menos no aquí!
