Hello everybody. I am trying to translate that phrase but I am confused. The complete sentence is
The Mortgagor hereby mortgages to the Mortgagee all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land. The unbold part is my problem. This is my try: Por medio de la presente el deudor hipotecario hipoteca al acreedor hipotecario todo lote o parcela de tierra. Thank you

Como segunda alternatiiva te sugiero :
"Por la presente el acreedor hipotecario grava con hipoteca cierto lote, parcela, o terreno perteneciente al Prestatario Hipotecario" Hope it helps !!!!
