    cleared puede referirse a que las mercancias ya pasaron el despacho de aduana, ya en el país, mercancias nacionalizadas...
    Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.

    ESTA ES LA FRASE CONCRETAMENTE:
    To pay XXXX all fees, commissions and mark ups or downs incurred in connection with any such transactions and all amounts as may be
    requested by XXXX formative to time as margin or equity for the Partnership’s account;

    A VER SI ESTA CON ESTO MAS CLARO,UN SALUDO EVA.

    Hola Iberia.
    no consigo ver la conexión entre tu segundo post y el primero. Pero coincido con Sandra en que “cleared commodity” as una mercancía que ha pasado todo el proceso de aduana. Aquí en Venezuela a ese proceso (clearance) lo llamamos nacionalización de mercancía y por tanto "cleared comodity" sería mercancía nacionalizada.

    Hope it helps
