    Default legal expressions in Spanish

Does someone know how to translate the following in legal terms:

    Thanks in advance!

    Default Legal expressions

Visto el escrito... : having read the pleading dated...

Habiéndose verificado que mediante disposición nº... : having proved that pursuant to order nº...

Provéase en su oportunidad: May Your Honour grant what is herein requested, for in doing so, Justice shall be done.

Of course, you have the context, so you will know whether these translations are appropriate or not.

    Default Legal terms

"Provéase en su oportunidad" is the usual way attorneys finish a pleading.

The attorneys ask the judge something and they end the pleading by writing this expression.
