Y quien según me conocimiento me consta que son las personas que firmaron el anterior PODER Y AUTORIZACION ESPECIAL para TRATAMIENTO Y Atención médica, y cada uno de ellos reconoció el documento de ella o a su acto libre y voluntario de firmar la escritura, para el uso y propósitos aquí mencionados. Certifico que he examinado los documentos, testigos u otras pruebas, y estoy satisfecho que las personas que firmaron anteriormente, son los verdaderos y legítimos padres o tutores legales de dicho NIÑO.

Entiendo a lo que te refieres. Realmente la documentación legal puede tener, en algunos casos, oraciones muy largas.

Simplemente traduciría "act and deed" como "acto".
