Una opción podría ser "constancia de titularidad" o "constancia de propiedad

Hola Marla,

Tu sugerencia podría ser una muy buena opción; no obstante habría que examinar de que título estamos hablando (titulo de propiedad, título universitario/de bachiller/, títulos valores). Creo que no usaría la palabra "prueba" para estos casos. SI puedes darme mas detalles del instrumento en referencia podré serte de mas ayuda

Bueno, aqui tengo el contexto:

177 7. PRUEBA DEL TITULO.
178 a. Prueba del Titulo. A la hora o antes de la Fecha Limite de Titulo (§ 2c), El Vendedor debe al
179 aportar pruebas de un compromiso corriente de la póliza de seguro de titulo (Compromiso de Titulo) del dueño
180 para el Comprador en una cantidad igual Precio de la Compra, o si este cuadrito esta marcado, estas son gastos
181 del Vendedor, o UnAbstracto de titulo certificado a la fecha corriente. A la expensa del Vendedor, el
182 Vendedor debe causar que la póliza de seguro de titulo sea entregado al Comprador en cuanto antes posible como factible al momento de o después del Cierre. Si el Compromiso de Titulo es aportado, o Debe o No Debe
183 comprometerse a borrar o asegurar por encima las excepciones en la cual están relacionadas con:
184 (1) los contratantes en posesión
185 (2) servidumbre no registrado,
186 (3) material de agrimensura,
187 (4) cualquier derecho prendario preferente (gravamen general) no registrado,
188 (5) periodo para abrir brecha (la fecha de compromiso a la fecha que la escritura esta registrada), y
189 (6) los impuestos que no están pagados, impuestos sobre las ventas no redimido y tasación del ano antes del Cierre.

En derecho procesal se habla de prueba de (mejor) título. en este caso, que no es procesal, diría "constancia"
