I am translating a "disclosure concerning a particular Act (of the USA)" and I was wondering what you usually use for "disclosure" in these documents. My alternatives are: DIvulgación, Información, Publicación...

Hey jamesklass, that would depend on the context of the word disclosure.My best guess is that if you're talking about the disclosure of a document meaning the publication of the doc, then the translation would be publicación or divulgación.

Coincido con SandraT en que en este caso el contexto define la situación.
Cuando se habla de una ley, el término correcto es "publicación".
Cuando se habla de información (disclosure of information), se suele utilizar "divulgación" o simplemente "información sobre ***".
