Busco referencias con términos legales. Tengo un examen de traducción para textos legales. La verdad es que no es mi fuerte. El documento original es de Dublin, Irlanda.
¿Alguien puede decirme el significado de "All that and those" en el siguiente contexto?

Demise:
1. In consideration of the yearly rents and the covenants on the part of the tenant and the conditions hereinafter reserved and contained the landlord hereby demises unto the tenant ALL THAT AND THOSE the premises describe in the first schedule hereto (hereinafter called "the demised premises")

It's an expression usually used when referring to real property to convey the meaning of "all" (just that simple); e.g. "ALL THAT AND THOSE the land and premises...," meaning all the land and premises.
