Cómo diría "nicho de inversión" en inglés:
A mediados de 1967 reorienta sus operaciones hacia el sector inmobiliario, enfocando su nicho de inversión en proyectos de viviendas de desarrollo social. Este es mi intento: Since mid 1960s the company reoriented (turned?) its operations to the real estate sector and focused its niche investment(s?) in social housing development projects.
