Hola a todos

Tengo que traducir un texto sobre el éxito en la búsqueda de empleo y me aparece varias veces "relatively frictionless". No entiendo lo que quiere decir así que si alguien pudiera ayudarme se lo agradecería mucho.

Una de las frases es la siguiente:

Within a metropolitan area, some jobs are likely to have a single relatively frictionless labor market.

¿Cómo podría traducir esto?

Entonces si la traducción es "libre de fricciones", se refiere a que no hay ningún desacuerdo, es decir, que están de acuerdo o que sería un mercado apacible (no se cómo decirlo), verdad?

Exactamente a eso se refiere Hebe, a que no existen discrepancias, desacuerdos, que es tranquilo y apacible. Pero lo que no estoy segura es de utilizar la palabra mercado. ¿Qué les parece "ambiente laboral"?

Sin contexto es un poco dificil afirmarlo, pero lo interpreto como un mercado laboral libre de conflictos (patrono- empleado).

Hola todos,

Creo que la frase refiere a un mercado laboral donde no hay mucha competición por los mismos trabajadores. Cuando hay múltiples corporaciones en uno o mas mercados laborales que quieren emplear los mismos trabajadores se dice hay fricción en el mercado laboral.
