Billable as to whether a particular item on a quote or financial report is billable to client or non billable. For example, my labor costs are non billable because they are not direct costs to the project. I have seen it as "facturable" but when I do a spell check the program does not recognize the word.

I have heard facturable although I just searched on RAE and the word is not registered
I really can't think of only one word to express that right now but you could also use more than one "se cargan a...(in this case) to la cuenta/factura/costos..."
or, se aρaden a los costos/a la factura..
I wish I could be of more help but right now my inspiration is not working properly...after 10 days off!!!!

Thanks for the help, Sandra. I think it makes perfect sense to use more than one word. A lot of English technical jargon is either explained out (more than one word) or in some cases we use the English version (e.g., hardware/software). I think facturable might be one of those words that eventually makes it to the RAE. Language continually evolves.

Cheers...

YOu're welcome.
I think so, too.Yet, Facturable sounds so nice, right!!!?? Most of my translations are from English to Spanish and I have to go around with more than one word many times too.
good luck!
