Hi guys!
Can you help me translate this phrase or explain to the meaning of it? Only what is underlined in red. Thanks in advance. DIEGONEL Following today's Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Altria's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share, payable on July 10, 2008 to stockholders of record as of June 13, 2008. this is may version but i can't come up with anything for stockholders of record a ser pagado el 10 de julio, 2008 a los accionistas OF RECORD?? |

saludos Luego de la celebración de la Asamblea anual de accionistas, la Junta directiva de Altria decretó un dividendo trimestral de $0.29 por acción ordinaria, a ser cancelado en fecha 10 de junio de 2008 a aquellos accionistas se encuentren registrados en el Libro de Accionistas ( o en el libro respectuvo) a partir del 13 de junio de 2008
