Been working on this paragraph for two days and still doesn't make sense in sapnish.....please help

Performance Assurance Provisions: On any day during the term of the Transaction(s) that the Performance Exposure of a Party exceeds its Collateral Threshold, then such Party may demand the other Party to transfer Collateral at least equal to such excess (the “Excess Exposure”). If on any day a Party holds Collateral which exceeds its Excess Exposure, then the other Party may demand return of such excess, together with interest (calculated at the Interest Rate specified below) from the date the Collateral was received up to, but excluding, the date it is returned

this is what I have so far, but I'm still in doubt abt the term "coberturas"
instead of using "garantias"

Clausula de Coberturas de Poscisiones Abeirtas: Cualquier día durante el término de la(s) Transaccion(es) en que la Exposición total de una de las Partes exceda los Márgenes de Cobertura establecidos, la otra parte tendra derecho a exigir la transferencia de la cobertura, en al menos la porción excedida (“Exceso Descubierto”). Si, en cualquier dia, una de las Partes posee coberturas que excedan el Exceso Descubierto, la otra parte tendra derecho a pedir la devolucion de dicho exceso, mas intereses (calculados según la Tasa de Cambio abajo especificada) desde el dia en que la Cobertura fue recibida hasta el dia en que sea devuleta., excluyendo el ultimo.
