    Default churn

    Hi everyone!

I am having problems with the translation of "churn", see below:

"(..) the destructive and expensive marketing phenomenon known as "churn" in the telco industry and has arranged processes to ensure that that phenomenon does not happen in its systems."

Anyone knows what the translation of that phenomenon is?

    Thanks!

I remember the expression "churn out" - I remember it was also used in a marketing context - meaning a certain product was being released in large quantities, i.e., "en masa". Hope it helps!

    Thanks, Vicky!

I guess that translation applies in this context. Thanks a lot!
