Default Shop rate

Hi! I would like to know a translation for "shop rate" or at least the meaning. It is in an Employee Handbook and it is related to vacations and salaries.

Thanks!!

Hi! Yes, of course. The sentence is "The shop rate will be used to calculate vacation pay on all permanent shop employees".

Thanks!!

Hi Mirta, this is my contribution. Hope it helps

The shop rate will be used to calculate vacation pay on all permanent shop employees".
