I thank you, but I´ve had a lot of work and I could not read anything regarding this man news.I will read and ask soon!
By the way, I could not understand the conference on linguistics paragraph, my skills on translation is not good, I cannot understand its sense, but I suppose it is very interesting. Help!

Awesome and awful share the same root (awe), which means "a feeling of fear or reverance." Apparently they had similar, though not identical, meanings centuries ago.

These days, awesome is almost always used to describe something exciting, in a non-negative way. The older meaning is still heard sometimes when talking about the "awesome power of the storm," or something to that effect.
