In the address portion of a letter c/o stands for "in care of". It means the letter will be received at the address by someone on behalf of the intended recipient.
Do you think a literal Spanish translation like "a cargo de" would be a correct translation?
I'm not sure what a native would say but I think "para" would be better. EX Dr. Juan Gomez para (entregar a) Dr. Davíd López.
