    The word is French, of course. Means good. Bon jour, bon ami, bon apetit, bon voyage, etc. One of the meanings of "good" in US English is to convey agreement. I suppose the Spanish equivalent would bien?

    well Vicente, the word "bon" Spanish equivalent may be depending the context "bueno", "buen", "bien", "buenos", etc.
