Default Headers and Footers with Trados...

Hi guys...
I´ve been trying to clean up lots of files with headers and footers but my Trados won´t clean them.
Do you know where I need to set this, so that I can clean up the whole file?!
Thanks a lot for your help!

Default I´ve been trying...

I´ve been having a look at the Trados Workbench Guide...and then I tried in my Trados...
Workbench: file>setup, and there´s an option for ´non-translatable text´and I had some text there, so I delete it, and now, everything goes under the clean up process.

But, if you know something about this, tell me!! so that I can have a better idea how it works!

see you guys!!
