Default error 80001 en Trados! Necesito ayuda

Hola a todos! Necesito ayuda con el siguiente error q me aparece al utilizar tag editor:

(80001): Translator's workbench error. El servidor lanzó una expeción.

Alguien sabe cómo solucionar esto? Después de que aparece el error ya no me deja guardar la traducción en la tm pero sí me deja abrir los segmentos.

Hola Agustina!
Acá te paso dos posibles soluciones:
  • primero reorganise the database - Workbench, File, Reorganise
Si no funciona:
  • 1 Anda a "Use SDL Automated Translation if no TM match was found"
    2 elegí "Use default connection settings" or "Override connection settings"
    3 hace clic en "Test Connectivity"
