Este probablemente sea uno de mis ultimos mensajes por un tiempo.
Mi duda es del siguiente parrafo:
Further Resolved, that the Corporation agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XX and its associates from any and all loss, damage or liability incurred because of any of the representations or warranties made above shall not be true and correct or any of the agreements entered into between the corporation and XX shall not have been fully performed by the Corporation.
Se concluye, que la Corporación consiente en indemnizar y exime de responsabilidad a XX y a sus asociados de alguna y toda pérdida, daño o responsabilidad incurrida debido a cualquiera de las representaciones o garantías hechas arriba no deberán ser verdaderas y correctas o cualquiera de los acuerdos firmados entre la Corporación y XX no habrá sido totalmente representado por la Corporación;
A ver si me podeis ayudar a corregir esto.
