I have run across term many times in legal translations and have seen it translated many ways...subdivided plots, units, subdivided lots, and was just wondering what the difference is in relation to the particular legal field. For example, does
finca filial mean the same thing for a real estate contract dealing with territory as it does for divisions of an apartment building?
