I must say Hekate that your use of incluso hasta are fine but the examples set can be ìmproved.

In the second case you should use the subjunctive form for the verb:
Voy a estudiar hasta que me venza el sueño.

In the first case you can also use hasta que...
in English is not like that but in Spanish you need to use it
El fue tan amable conmigo que hasta me ofreció su postre... He was so nice to me (that) he even...
No descansamos hasta que terminamos el trabajo. We didn't rest until we finished...
