Default Some computer lingo in Spanish please

Here are some things I would like to translate into Spanish. Thank you very much.
============================
The Accounts file name has an XLS name extension. Excel will give you the option to save your file in a newer format. You may do so

BUT….... IT SHOULD HAVE A "XLS" EXTENSION. NOT A "XLSX" or "XLSM" extension.

Excel 2007 users should refer to the enclosed PDF instructions for allowing macros to run.
If your version of Excel is newer than Excel-95, then you should use the cuentas062-Excl97+.XLS file.

========================================

Adjusting the print layout should not be necessary,however Every printer prints slightly deferent,

so if you need to make some alignments, follow these instructions:

============================

You must have Microsoft Excel 95 (or newer) on your computer

I don't know what I'de do without this thread. My friends who speak Spanish either don't have email or can't do this.
