Hi, I am translating a survey on damage recording procedures at car rental locations. One of the questions goes as follows:

"Documentation of new unrecorded damage: What additional documents are raised if new damage has occurred [...]?"

They use this software called Pearl. I assumed "raising" might be tantamount to "drafting, preparing", but considering the fact that a technical device is involved, it may have some other meaning ("uploading"?? No idea!!).

What do you reckon?
