Hello everyone,
I wonder how to translate into Spanish "TUMOR FLARE REACTION" in the
context below:

"The protocol currently states "In the United States and Canada
commercial supply of prednisone and allopurinol will be utilized for
prophylaxis of TUMOR FLARE REACTION and tumor lysis syndrome.

I think "reacci�n de exacerbaci�n tumoral" may be an option.
Any thoughts, please?
