Default Re: Canadian vs European

If you're talking about Canadian vs. European French translations, there are a few differences:
1. Terminology - often there are substantial differences in terminology between the two variants
2. Punctuation - European French uses a space between certain punctuation marks (eg. exclamation marks, question marks), while Canadian French does not.
3. Formatting of numbers - usually Canadian French uses a space as a thousands separator, while European French uses a point. Both variants use the comma as a decimal separator.

I'm sure there are many others, but these are the main ones I can think of off the top of my head. Hope that helps.
